When does my plan start?

Can I install it before I travel?

Yes, and we recommend it. Install at home on Wi-Fi, keep the eSIM switched off, and turn it on when you arrive.

Will I lose my WhatsApp chats?

No. WhatsApp stays tied to your phone number, which stays on your home SIM. Only mobile data moves to the eSIM.

What happens when I run out of data?

Can I get a refund?
